Scope

This standard specifies the inspection method of metallographic structure, metallographic structure level and the determination method of carburizing quenching effective hardened layer depth of steel parts after carburizing, quenching and tempering. This standard applies to the work where the effective hardened layer depth of carburizing and quenching is greater than 0.3mm.
