Scope: This standard specifies the performance specifications for the following electrical and electronic instruments mainly related to industrial applications: - indicating and recording instruments for measuring electrical quantities; - physical measuring instruments for supplying electric quantities; Electricity meter. This standard applies to performance specifications for instruments normally used in industrial applications under steady-state conditions (see 3.1.15). This standard is based on the expression and evaluation method of measurement uncertainty detailed in GUM, and refers to the statistical method used by GUM to determine the assignment interval to express uncertainty (including the non-negligible uncertainty in the traceability chain). source).
