This part of GB/T 16649 specifies: the content of the command-response pair exchanged at the interface; the method of obtaining data elements and data objects in the card; the structure and content of the historical bytes used to describe the operating characteristics of the card; when The structure of the application and data in the card seen at the interface when processing the command; the method of accessing the file and data in the card; the security architecture defining the authority to access the file and data in the card; the method and mechanism of identifying and selecting the application in the card ; the method of secure message transmission; the method of accessing the algorithm used by the card. This section does not describe these algorithms. This section does not cover internal implementations within the card and/or outside the world. This section is independent of the physical interface technology. It is suitable for cards accessed through methods such as electro-shock, proximity coupling and radio frequency.
