Scope

This part of GB/T 16649 specifies an application of the card. This app contains information about password features. This section defines the general syntax and format for cryptographic information, and mechanisms for sharing that information when appropriate. This section does not cover internal implementations inside and/or outside the card. Not all options in this section are mandatory.
