Scope
This standard specifies some characteristics of natural menthol used as a food additive in order to evaluate its quality. Natural menthol refers to menthol crystallized and separated from peppermint oil (Oilofmenthaarvensis) in my country by freezing method. Also known as natural L-menthol.
