Scope

The sequential sampling inspection plan in this part is a supplement to GB/T 2828.1 counting acceptance sampling system. The acceptance sampling plan of GB/T 2828.1 is retrieved according to the acceptance quality limit (AQL). Its objective is to create economic and psychological pressure on the producer to maintain the process on average at least as good as the specified acceptance quality limit through lot non-acceptance, while at the same time providing an upper bound on the risk that the user may accept a poor quality lot . The sampling plan specified in this part may be used for (but not limited to) inspection of: final product; components and raw materials; operations; work in progress; inventory; repairs; data or records; administrative procedures. These sampling plans are mainly used for continuous series of batches, that is, the length of the continuous series of batches is sufficient to allow the use of the transfer rules in 10.3. These transfer rules are: a) Once the quality is found to be deteriorated, strengthen the protection of the user by transferring to tightened inspection or suspending sampling inspection; b) Once a consistent good quality is achieved, determined by the responsible department Producers provide an incentive and reduce inspection costs. The sampling inspection plan provided here should not be used outside the scope specified. For isolated batches or continuous batches whose sequence length does not meet the requirements of this Part, users are advised to refer to GB/T 2828.2 or GB/T 8051 to obtain a suitable sampling plan.
