This part of GB/T 2878 specifies the dimensions and requirements of metric threaded oil ports for hydraulic transmission connections, and is suitable for connection with stud ends specified in GB/T 2878.2 and GB/T 2878.3. The maximum working pressure applicable to the ports specified in this part is 63MPa (630 bar). The allowable working pressure should be determined according to the oil port size, material, structure, working condition, application and other factors. The user of this standard should ensure that the material surrounding the port is adequate to withstand the maximum working pressure.
