Scope

This standard specifies the verification method for the basic parameters of the test equipment (hereinafter referred to as the equipment) used in the temperature and humidity combined cycle test according to GB 2423.34-86 "Basic Environmental Test Methods for Electrical and Electronic Products Test Z/AD: Temperature/Humidity Combined Cycle Test Method" . When the combined cycle test of temperature and humidity is carried out in the same test box (hereinafter referred to as the one-box method), it shall meet all the provisions of this standard; when the combined cycle test of temperature and humidity is carried out in two independent test boxes (hereinafter referred to as the two-box method), the humidity The test chamber shall comply with all the provisions of this standard; the low-temperature test chamber shall comply with the provisions of GB 5170.2-85 "Basic Parameter Verification Method for Environmental Test Equipment for Electrical and Electronic Products, Low-temperature Test Equipment".
