Scope

This part of GB/T 18216 specifies the general requirements for electrical safety measurement and monitoring test equipment in low-voltage power distribution systems with nominal voltages below 1 000 V AC and 1 500 V DC. When measuring equipment or measuring devices are involved in the measurement tasks of various measuring equipment covered by this standard, then the relevant parts of this standard apply to each relevant measurement task.
