GB 13837-2012 Sound and television broadcast receivers and associated equipment.Radio disturbance characteristics.Limits and methods of measurement (English Version)
This standard specifies the measurement methods for sound and television receivers and related equipment, and also specifies the limits for controlling the disturbance of such equipment. For multi-function equipment, it should meet the requirements of this standard and/or the relevant provisions of other standards at the same time, see 4.1. This standard applies to the electromagnetic energy generated by radio and similar transmission sound and television receivers and related equipment, with a frequency range of 9 kHz to 400 GHz. Frequencies for which no limit is specified need not be measured. The receiving system for collective reception, especially the cable distribution system front end (common antenna television, CATV) and the common receiving system (main antenna television, MATV) belong to the category of GB 13836. See Appendix A and Appendix B for the requirements of broadcasting receivers for receiving digital signals. Excludes information technology equipment (ITE), even if it is connected to a television receiver. The telecommunication port connecting the broadcasting receiver to the telecommunication network belongs to the scope of GB 9254. In addition, when the telecommunication port has a broadcast receiving function, the broadcast receiving function independent of the telecommunication function should be measured separately, and the telecommunication function does not work during the measurement. PC tuner cards shall be measured in accordance with the corresponding clauses of this standard.
