This part of GB/T 16927 applies to the measurement system and its components used to measure the DC voltage, AC voltage, lightning and operating impulse voltage specified in GB/T 16927.1 in laboratory and factory tests. See GB/T 16927.3 for field test measurement. The limits of measurement uncertainty specified in this section apply to the test voltage specified in GB 311.1, but the principles also apply to higher test voltages, where the uncertainty may be greater. This part contains the following content: a) defines the terms used; b) gives the estimation method of high-voltage measurement uncertainty; c) specifies the requirements that the measurement system should meet; d) gives the approval method of the measurement system and its components Calibration method; e) give the procedure for the measurement system to meet the requirements of this standard, including the limits of measurement uncertainty.
