Scope
This part of GB/T 18039 deals with conducted disturbances of power grid signal transmission systems with a frequency range of 0 kHz to 9 kHz and extended to 148.5 kHz. This section gives the electromagnetic compatibility level of the medium-voltage AC power distribution system with a nominal voltage of 1 kV~35 kV and a nominal frequency of 50 Hz (see GB/T 156). The purpose of this section is to give the compatibility level of various electromagnetic disturbances that may occur in the public medium-voltage power supply system to guide: a) Set the limit value of electromagnetic disturbances to the public power grid (including the planning level defined in 3.1.5) ;b) The relevant standardization technical committee stipulates the immunity level of the equipment to the conducted disturbance of the public power supply system. The disturbance phenomena considered in this section include: - Voltage fluctuations and flicker; - Harmonics up to and including the 50th order; - Interharmonics below the 50th order; - High frequency (higher than the 50th harmonic) voltage Distortion;—voltage dips and short interruptions;—voltage unbalance;—transient overvoltage;—power frequency variation;—DC component;—grid signal transmission. Most of the harassment phenomena are described in GB/Z 18039.5. Even if the compatibility level cannot be determined, some information is given. The medium-voltage system covered by this standard refers to the public distribution system, which is applicable to: a) consumer equipment connected directly or through a transformer; or b) substations supplying power to the public low-voltage distribution system. The compatibility level specified in this section applies to the medium voltage ports of public coupling points and substations, see Chapter 4.
