Scope

This part of GB 1094 applies to dry-type transformers within the scope specified in GB 1094.11. This section provides a method for estimating the aging rate and life loss of the insulation of dry-type transformers. This method expresses the aging rate and life loss of the transformer insulation as a function of the operating temperature, time and load of the transformer.
