Scope: This standard specifies the requirements for five types of wire-wound reinforced hydraulic hoses and hose assemblies with nominal inner diameters from 6.3 to 51. This standard applies to HFC, HFAE, HFAS and HFB water-based hydraulic fluids with a temperature range from -40°C to +60°C that meet the requirements of ISO 6743-4, and HH, HL, HM, HR and HV that meet the requirements of ISO 6743-4 Oil-based hydraulic fluid, the applicable temperature range of 4SP and 4SH types is -40°C~+100°C, and the applicable temperature range of R12, R13 and R15 types is -40°C~+120°C. This standard does not include requirements for joints, but is limited to requirements for hoses and their assemblies.
