Scope
This standard specifies the hygienic standards for canned fruits and vegetables. This standard is applicable to the canned food of fruits, vegetables and jams which are processed with fruits and vegetables (except mushrooms and tomato paste) as raw materials, after processing, exhausting, sealing, heat sterilization and cooling. Including glass bottles, metal cans, flexible packaging forms.
