Scope
This standard specifies the index requirements for canned fruits and vegetables, food additives, hygienic requirements and inspection methods during production and processing. This standard is applicable to canned foods of fruits, vegetables and jams which are processed from fruits, vegetables and tomatoes (except mushrooms) through processes such as processing, venting, sealing, heat sterilization and cooling. Including glass bottles, metal cans, flexible packaging forms.
