Scope: This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, instruction manuals, packaging, transportation and storage of central drive thickeners. This standard is applicable to the central drive type thickener (hereinafter referred to as the thickener) for thickening and desliming of various slurries. This standard does not apply to thickeners that require heat insulation devices for thickeners.
