Scope

This part of GB/T 17969 specifies the concept of registration, and at the same time specifies the registration hierarchical name tree, the registration procedure content of specific types of objects, the top-level arc of the international object identifier tree, the derivation of directory names and the directory based on object identifiers name. This section applies to the registration, development and maintenance of object identifiers.
