This part of GB/T 9065 specifies the general requirements and dimensional requirements for the design and performance of O-ring end face seal hose joints. This type of hose joint is made of carbon steel and is suitable for the inner diameter of the hose in accordance with GB/T 2351. It includes two connecting threads: one is the O-ring end face sealing end in accordance with ISO 8434-3:2005, The unified thread is adopted, and the applicable nominal inner diameter of the hose is 6.3 mm~38 mm; the other adopts ordinary (metric) thread, and the applicable nominal inner diameter of the hose is 5 mm~51 mm. These hose couplings (see Figure 1 for a typical example) are suitable for use in hydraulic power systems when assembled with hose meeting the requirements of the appropriate hose standard, and for general applications when assembled with appropriate hose.
