Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements and test methods, sampling and marking, packaging, transportation and storage, safety and standard implementation of ordinary diesel oil. This standard applies to ordinary diesel oil made from petroleum or with additives used in compression ignition engines such as tractors, diesel locomotives, construction machinery, inland watercraft and generator sets.
