Scope

This standard specifies the classification, type, basic requirements, structure and size, test and inspection of skid boxes. This standard applies to the design, manufacture and inspection of sliding wooden crates with a mass of content below 1500 kg and external dimensions of the crate below 6.0 m in length, 1.5 m in width and 1.5 m in height.
