This standard specifies the hygienic requirements for milk-containing beverages made with fresh milk as the main raw material and with appropriate amount of auxiliary materials. This standard applies to milk-containing beverages containing more than 30% milk, which are made by adding appropriate amounts of cocoa, coffee, fruit juice, sucrose and other substances, and have corresponding flavors after effective disinfection.
