This standard specifies the terms and definitions of chocolate and chocolate products, cocoa butter substitute chocolate and cocoa butter substitute chocolate products, product classification, raw and auxiliary materials, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, judgment and re-inspection, product naming, labels and signs , packaging, storage and sales requirements. This standard applies to the production, inspection and sales of products defined in 3.3~3.6.
