Scope

This standard specifies the methods for the determination of vinyl chloride in plastics used in food contact materials and their products and the migration of vinyl chloride. This standard is applicable to the determination of vinyl chloride in polyethylene wool or vinyl chloride copolymer and the determination of migration.
