- Scope
- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, inspection methods, inspection classification rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of silk garments. This standard is applicable to silk garments produced mainly from woven silk fabrics containing silk or spun silk. This standard does not apply to clothing for infants and young children aged 36 months and below.
