材料的吸声系数是一项重要的材料声学性能指标,其对分析材料在工业生产及生活中应用有重要指导作用。材料的吸声系数测量方法常见的有混响舱法与驻波管法,采用混响舱法测量声音无规入射时的吸声系数,而采用驻波管法测量声音正入射(声音入射角度为90°)时的吸声系数。因在工程及建筑的实际使用过程中声音大多为无规入射,因此实际工程中常使用混响舱法测量材料吸声系数。但在实际需要测量的均为小型不规则试样,不满足标准混响舱法测量所要求的标准试样大小。小型混响舱是声学测量领域的一种专业实验装置,其室内声能密度较为均匀,形成扩散声场,主要用于小型不规则构件(如汽车构件)吸声特性的测量。与标准混响舱相比,具有造价低廉,占地面积较小,方便移动等优点。基于这些优点,小型混响舱能广泛应用于各种小型不规则构件吸声系数的测量。
