自2023年12月1日起,国家市场监督管理总局《食用农产品市场销售质量安全监督管理办法》施行。该管理办法规定,销售生鲜食用农产品,不得使用对其真实色泽等感官性状造成明显改变的照明等设施误导消费者对商品的感官认知。然而,目前在“对食用农产品的真实色泽等感官性状造成明显改变”问题上暂无科学定量的判断标准,行业内也缺乏基于视觉实验验证的相关技术要求,导致政府监管及企业生产均无法可依。 本文件基于食用农产品色彩外观感知视觉实验数据,提出了食用农产品照明光源显色性技术要求,为政府部门监管提供技术依据,为灯具企业生产提供规范,保障消费者权益和行业良性发展。 本文件建立了基于食品真实色彩感知的生鲜食用农产品照明光源显色性规范,包括被照物观察面照度E、相关色温Tcp、普朗克轨迹色偏Duv、一般显色指数Ra、特殊显色指数R9、CIE 1931标准色度系统色品坐标(x,y)、颜色保真指数Rf和色域指数Rg要求。本文件适用于对呈现生鲜食用农产品真实色泽感官性状有需求的照明光源。

This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition published in 2022. This edition constitutes a technical revision. LED作为新型光源,为害虫灯光诱控技术的发展注入了新的动力。LED波长范围窄、光色单一、亮度高、能耗低、寿命长,使之成为最佳的诱虫光源。LED灭蚊灯也作为重要的病媒监测、防治工具,应用范围越来越广泛。波长单一的 LED 光源不仅能够解决传统光源光谱范围广、害虫针对性差等缺点,在同样能耗情况下它的光强还较其他光源更强,灯光的覆盖面积更大,控害范围更广,大大提高了靶标害虫的诱集率,降低了对天敌和中性昆虫的潜在伤害。CSAS已针对此领域制定发布了一项技术报告T/CSA/TR 012—2023《LED光照的蚊虫诱灭应用技术报告》及一项室内应用标准T/CSA 073—2021《室内紫外LED诱蚊灯性能要求》。室外LED灭蚊灯的使用环境相对于室内更复杂,比如太阳光照、温度、湿度、气流等条件极易发生变化,诱捕效果相对于室内容易产生误差,且室外LED灭蚊灯需要综合考虑人畜安全性、靶标昆虫诱捕率(益害比)、环境适用性、防水要求等内容,基于此考虑,CSA组织制定T/CSA 075,规定了室外场所用紫外LED灭蚊灯的分类、技术要求和试验方法,适用于包括气味、CO2、温度等辅助LED紫外灭蚊方式的室外用灭蚊灯。
