4. 文件和人员 4.1 文件 4.1.1 生产企业应制定产品老化安全操作规程及作业指导书。 4.1.2 生产企业的产品老化文件或规范应不低于本文件的技术要求。 4.1.3 生产企业应确保产品老化原始记录的清晰、完整和可追溯，以作为产品符合规定要求的依据。 4.1.4 产品老化的原始记录保存时间应不少于2年。 4.2 人员 操作人员应经过老化安全操作技能和质量管理基础知识的相关培训，持证上岗。 5 电源要求 应以生产企业产品的标称电压进行工作，产品老化过程中应保证电源电压的稳定，上下偏差不超过±4.4V。 6 老化连接 6.1 声频功率放大器老化的音源为粉红噪声信号。 6.2 在音源发生器与声频功率放大器之间连接一个可以调整信号大小的控制/调节器，以便调节声频功率放大器的输出幅度。 6.3 音频功率放大器设置：输入信号设置为产品的最小电动势，均衡器置平直位置。 6.4 音频功率放大器输出端接负载（电阻）。 6.5 在音频功率放大器与负载间用校准合格的真有效值表对输出电压进行监测。 6.6 老化连接图见图一。 图一 产品老化连接图 7 老化音源、状态设置、周期 7.1 音频功率放大器老化在设计定型、批量生产、设计更改时进行。 7.2 音频功率放大器产品老化的音源信号、阻抗、时间周期、电源电压、输出功率，见表一。 老化阶段　老化阻抗　音源/老化时间　电源电压　输出功率　备 注 　　粉红噪声　　　 批量生产　标称阻抗　2H　220V AC　1/4标称功率　 设计更改　标称阻抗　8H　220V AC　1/3 标称功率　 8 老化状态及环境温度记录 8.1 应对音频功率放大器产品老化状态逐一进行记录，包括机身编号、老化开始/结束时间、老化状态设置、故障情况进行记录。 8.2 应在产品老化室安装校准合格的温湿度计，定期监测温湿度并做好记录。 8.3 老化室的环境温度不应超过40℃。 9 产品老化后的检测项目 9.1 安全性能项目 按SJ/T 10406-2016 6.6.2 表5进行。 9.2 常规性能项目 按SJ/T 10406-2016 6.6.2 表4进行。 10 不合格品的控制及处理 10.1 应对音频功率放大器老化时出现的故障时间、故障现象做好标识及记录。 10.2 对个别故障现象的产品，由维修人员进行维修分析并检验后重新进行老化处理。 10.3 对同一故障现象重复出现3台或3台以上，应暂停该批次产品的老化，由相关技术人员进行原因分析后做出相应的整改措施。 10.4 所有的故障机器维修后应经检验员检验合格才能进入下一道工序的流程。 声频功率放大器产品老化记录表，见附录A。

NOTE The methods of measurement for digital amplifiers and similar equipment are given in IEC 61606 [1]1. In general, the specified methods of measurement are those which are seen to be most directly related to the characteristics.
