1.1 This practice covers a guide for metal finishers to clean and then provide a paint base for the finishing of magnesium and magnesium alloys using chemical conversion coatings. Where applicable (for example, aerospace) secondary supplementary coatings (for example, surface sealing) can be used (see Appendix X1). 1.2 Although primarily intended as a base for paint, chemical conversion coatings provide varying degrees of surface protection for magnesium parts exposed to indoor atmosphere either in storage or in service under mild exposure conditions. An example is the extensive use of the dichromate treatment (see 5.2) as a final coating for machined surfaces of die cast magnesium components in the computer industry. 1.3 The traditional numbering of the coating is used throughout. 1.4 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard. 1.5 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety, health, and environmental practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use. 1.6 This international standard was developed in accordance with internationally recognized principles on standardization established in the Decision on Principles for the Development of International Standards, Guides and Recommendations issued by the World Trade Organization Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) Committee.

3.   包装材料要求 3.1 包装箱、托盘及其它包装材料要求 3.1.1 包装材料主要有纸箱、木箱、塑料打包带、钢带、塑料薄膜和金属板带衬纸等,所有包装材料应符合国家的环境法律法规和有关国家标准、行业标准的要求,并可回收、再生或降解处理。 3.1.2 纸箱为重型瓦塄纸箱或双层瓦楞纸箱,纸箱包装结构示意图如图1。 3.1.3 国内包装木箱使用木材的含水率≤18%,出口包装木箱使用木材(免薰蒸)≤12%,还应进行化学薰蒸处理高温热处理或其他处理,且木材上不允许有残留的树皮,木箱结构示意图如图2。 3.1.4 包装箱尺寸应满足产品尺寸要求,箱内允许装填充材料(内部填充材料不应对产品不利),保证产品在箱内无窜动或挤折。采用集装箱发运时,还应考虑与其尺寸匹配托盘的主要尺寸及公差应符合GB/T2934的规定或用户的要求。 3.1.5 托盘可用木材制造,也可用金属或其他材料制成,要保证其有足够的强度,不能因其破损而使产品受到损坏,托盘的尺寸应能满足产品尺寸要求。 3.1.6 制作木箱、木托盘时,钉子应呈迈步形排列,钉帽打靠,钉尖盘倒,不允许有冒钉漏钉现象,吊运位置应加装起吊保护铁角。 3.1.7 制作金属托盘时,应焊(铆)接牢固,不得漏焊(铆),焊疤(铆钉)要打磨,不得损伤。 3.1.8 各种包装箱、托盘应规范、清洁、干燥。 3.1.9 包装箱、托盘加强带的距离除能满足包装箱、托盘的坚固性要求外,还应满足吊车和叉车的作业要求;所有包装单元都应适合机械搬运(手工搬运小包装外)。 3.2 包装要求 3.2.1 单个包装箱内只能装同一规格型号的产品, 禁止混装。包装时,在包装箱底铺层塑料薄膜,每层镁铝合金板材之间垫一层金属板带衬纸,将镁铝合金板材整齐地摆放箱中箱中,放不满时,需在周围及上下垫实防松动、摩擦、放入质检单和干燥剂,然后用塑料薄膜向上规则包好接头处,用黏胶带密封好,加盖封箱,纸箱用塑料打包带、木箱用钢带捆紧。 3.2.2 用户要求镁铝合金板材表面需涂油或贴膜处理后装箱,可根据用户要求执行。 3.2.3 常用的防锈油有FA101、7005防锈油等,锈油质量应符合SH/T0692的规定。 3.2.4 防锈油应根据产品特点及气温适当调整黏度,防锈油的含水率≤0.03%。 3.2.5 客户有其它特殊要求的,由供需双方协商,并在合同中注明。 3.2.6 每个包装箱的净重按产品标准或合同的规定执行,当产品标准或合同中未做出规定时,按照以下规定执行,厚度大于等于6mm的板材每箱净重为200kg~2000kg,厚度小于6mm的板材为50kg~1000kg。 4 标志 4.1 包装箱标志 4.1.1 每个包装箱的两端应有标签或标牌,其上应注明: a) 供方名称及代码; b) 供方地址; c) 联系电话; d) 邮政编码; e) 注册商标; f) 数量(件数或净重); g) 体积; h) 产品批号。 4.1.2 包装箱侧面标识:“防潮”、“ 小心轻放”、“ 堆码极限”、“ 向上”的字样及标识,其图案应符合GB190、GB/T19的规定。出口产品包装箱还应按照中华人民共和国出人境检验检疫要求标识。 4.2 产品标志 检验合格的产品,包装箱上贴上产品信息标签(或使用条形码),其上注明: a) 需方名称或代码; i) 供方名称或代码; j) 产品名称; k) 规格(或型号); l) 批号; m) 数量(件数或净重); n) 产品标准编号; o) 生产日期; p) 检验印记; q) 产品放置方向标记。 5 运输 5.1 镁铝合金板材可选择火车、汽车、轮船、飞机等交通工具运输。 5.2 装运镁铝合金板材的火车车箱、轮船船舱、汽车车箱、飞机货舱和集装箱应清洁、干燥防潮、防火防静电、无污染物,应配备相应品种和数量的消防器材及泄漏应急处理设备 5.3 严禁镁铝合金板材同化学活性物质及易氧化腐蚀性料装在同一个车箱、船舱、集装箱内运输,不允许用敞车运输。 5.4 镁铝合金板材在车站、码头中转时,应堆放在库房内,温不宜超过30℃,高温季节仓储应考虑通风降温设备。 5.5 镁铝合金板材在车站码头中转或终点装卸时,应采用合适的装卸方式,严防将包装箱(件)损坏,应注意轻拿轻放,以防产品变形损伤。 5.6 海运镁铝合金板材时应加厚包装,并在包装外缠绕塑料薄膜防止受到海洋环境的腐蚀。 6 贮存 6.1 需方收到镁铝合金板材后应立即检查包装箱有无破损或进水现象,如包装箱破损或进水应立即与供方联系,并开箱检查后妥善处理。包装完好的产品在5日内检查产品有无氧化腐蚀现象并按双方约定条件进行验收,属于外观质量及尺寸偏差的异议,应在收到产品之日起1周内提出,属于其他性能的异议,应在收到产品之日起1个月内提出。如需仲裁,仲裁取样应由供需双方共同进行。 6.2 经复验合格的产品应及时保管在符合下列条件的库房内: a) 库房应清洁、干燥、无腐蚀性气体,通风良好 b) 库房应做好风、霜、雾、雨、雪、尘、雷、高温、高湿的防护; c) 同一库房内不允许贮存其他化学活性物质和潮湿性物质,以及易燃易爆物品; d) 采用防爆型照明灯开关以及通风设施,电线排列和接头必须符合规范要求; e) 库房须配置镁铝合金板材专用的“D型灭火器”,以及灭火用的干砂。 6.3 涂油镁铝合金板材的防腐期按产品标准规定,产品标准未规定时,防腐期为半年。若在运输、贮存期间,遭遇水侵人,应立即开箱并进行防腐处理,以防产品腐蚀。需长期贮存时,不涂油的产品应涂油,涂油产品超过防腐期应重新涂油。 6.4 镁铝合金板材不允许直接放在地面上,也不能露天存放。 6.5 镁铝合金板材贮存于阴凉的库房,室温不宜超过30℃,离暖气、窗户距离不小于1m,远离火种、热源。 6.6 库房重地禁止使用易产生火花的机械设备和工具,严禁电焊等明火施工作业。
