下列术语和定义适用于本文件。 3.1  检查井 inspection well 用于通讯、市政、水利、电力、燃气、热力、埋地管网工程,便于检查各类阀门、仪表、设备和管件的密封井具。 3.2  高强复合树脂 high strength composite resin 以不饱和聚酯树脂为基体、加入玄武岩纤维、碳纤维、玻璃纤维等填充料形成的高强复合树脂材料。 3.3  装配式高强复合树脂检查井(检查井) assembled composite resin feed well 以高强复合树脂为材料制成的用于检查管网安装各类阀门、水表及各类仪表的井状构筑物。通常采用组合结构,由井体(井室)、密封盖和检查井配件组成(见图1)。 3.4  井室 the well chamber 检查井的主体部分,井室由上井室和下井室凹凸槽打胶密封、固定连接组成。 3.5  穿孔 perforation 用于连接井室与过渡连接管件。 3.6  过渡连接管件 connection pipe fitting 一端与井室相连,另一端与检查管相接的过渡连接件。 5 材料 井体的部件(上体、下体、加深井筒)所用原材料应符合以下规定: a) 以不饱和聚酯树脂为基体、加入玄武岩纤维、碳纤维、玻璃纤维等填充料形成的复合材料,如有必要增加树脂的某些特性,还可以添加特殊助剂,局部加强; b) 所使用的树脂热变形温度应不低于70℃。所采用的不饱和聚酯树脂应符合现行国家标准《纤维增强塑料用液体不饱和聚酯树脂》GB/T 8237的规定。其他树脂应符合相应的现行国家标准或行业标准的规定。 6 要求 6.1 外观和颜色 6.1.1 外观 内外表面要平整,无孔洞和裂缝;内外壁应无可见杂质,井壁表面的加强筋、锚定环和其它附属物应完整无缺损。 6.1.2 颜色 检查井的井体一般为黑色,颜色应均匀一致。

1   Scope This document specifies a method for the measurement of trace amounts of basic materials present in polyether polyols used in the production of polyurethanes . It is important to know the trace amount of basicity in a polyol to prevent gelation of the reaction mass during the production of polyurethane prepolymers. It is also useful to control the basicity in polyols used for polyurethane production to assure consistent and reproducible reaction behaviour. This method is suitable for quality control, as a specification test and for research. The applicable range is 0 μg to 50 μg/g, expressed as KOH. The method is not applicable to amine-based polyols. The values can be reported as CPR (controlled polymerization rate) units.

1.1 This guide covers methods for testing epoxy resins as listed in Table 1. All of the methods were tested by interlaboratory participation in accordance with usual ASTM guidelines. Each method specifies a recommended amount of sample for starting a separate analysis, but several of the procedures can be conducted on the same starting material if so desired.
