3.0.1 采用复合保温外墙板系统时,应全过程一体化协同设计、生产、运输、施工安装 及运营维护,应满足标准化、模数化的要求,宜采用建筑信息模型(BIM)技术。 3.0.2 复合保温外墙板系统应采用保温与结构一体化设计;外墙板和节点连接件的设计 工作年限应与主体结构相同,连接件的耐久性应满足设计工作年限的要求。 3.0.3 复合保温外墙板系统应经过型式检验合格,系统主要组成材料及配套部品应成套 供应。 3.0.4 复合保温外墙板系统的热工性能应符合现行国家有关标准的规定;隔声性能应根 据建筑的使用功能和环境条件进行设计,并应符合现行国家标准《民用建筑隔声设计规 范》GB 50118和《民用建筑工程室内环境污染控制标准》GB 50325的有关规定;防火性 能应符合现行国家标准《建筑设计防火规范》GB 50016中非承重外墙的有关规定;防水 性能应符合现行国家标准《建筑与市政工程防水通用规范》GB 55030的规定。 3.0.5 复合保温外墙板的接缝密封构造,应按照现行国家标准《建筑幕墙气密、水密、 抗风压性能检测方法》GB/T 15227的规定进行气密性、水密性检测合格。 3.0.6 在自重、风荷载和温度作用下,复合保温外墙板、节点连接件、接缝密封胶等应 不受损坏,复合保温外墙板的面外变形和裂缝控制应满足相应要求。 3.0.7 在地震作用下,复合保温外墙板系统的抗震设防目标应符合下列规定: 1 当遭受低于建筑工程设计抗震设防烈度的多遇地震作用时,复合保温外墙板系 统应不受损坏或不需修理可继续使用; 2 当遭受相当于建筑工程设计抗震设防烈度的设防地震作用时,节点连接件应不 受损坏,复合保温外墙板可能发生损坏,但经一般性修理后仍可继续使用; 3 当遭受高于建筑工程设计抗震设防烈度的罕遇地震作用时,复合保温外墙板不 应脱落。 3.0.8 在风荷载和地震作用下,复合保温外墙板应具有相应的适应主体结构变形的能力。 3.0.9 复合保温外墙板宜采用竖板安装,与主体结构的连接采用下托上挂的连接方式, 每块条板至少有两个承托点,连接件应可靠、耐久,必要时可进行专项论证。 3.0.10 复合保温外墙板系统不宜采用瓷砖饰面,应优先选用涂料、饰面砂浆、柔性面 砖等轻质饰面材料。

1.1  This test method covers the determination of the air leakage rate of air barrier assemblies that are used in building enclosures. This procedure measures the air leakage of a representative air barrier assembly before and after exposure to specific conditioning cycles and then assigns a rating dependent upon the results. Although this is a laboratory procedure, the method may also be applied to site mockups. 1.2  The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard. 1.3  This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety, health, and environmental practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use. 1.4  This international standard was developed in accordance with internationally recognized principles on standardization established in the Decision on Principles for the Development of International Standards, Guides and Recommendations issued by the World Trade Organization Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) Committee.

This document specifies requirements and methodologies for infrared thermographic services for detection of heat, air and moisture irregularities in buildings that help users to specify and understand a) the extent of thermographic services required, b) the type and condition of equipment available for use, c) the qualifications of equipment operators, image analysts, and report authors and those making recommendations, and d) the reporting of results. It provides guidance to understanding and utilizing the final results stemming from provision of the thermographic services. This document is applicable to the general procedures for infrared thermographic methods as can be applied to residential, commercial, and institutional and special use buildings.

1   Scope This document establishes a systematic, comprehensive and modular structure for assessing the energy performance of new and existing buildings (EPB) in a holistic way. It is applicable to the assessment of overall energy use of a building , by measurement or calculation, and the calculation of energy performance in terms of primary energy or other energy-related metrics. It takes into account the specific possibilities and limitations for the different applications, such as building design, new buildings 'as built', and existing buildings in the use phase as well as renovation. NOTE Table 1 in the Introduction shows the relative position of this document within the set of EPB standards in the context of the modular structure as set out in this document.
