ISO 4112:1990 谷物和豆类 关于粮仓中粮食贮存温度测量的指南

The principle is based on placing a series of thermometric probes consisting of a rigid tube or flexible cable with one or more temperature-sensing devices throughout the mass of stored grain to detect or monitor changes in temperature. In larger stores, an automated temperature control may be used, the various measuring values being printed on paper. This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition ISO 4112:1979, of which the scope has been expanded to include all bulk stores.

This International Standard establishes guidelines for the storage of potatoes, intended for use as seed potatoes, for consumption, or for processing, in ar-tificially ventilated stores. The application of these guidelines wil permit pres-ervation of the growth potential and productivity of seed potatoes and of the good cooking quality (e.g. characteristic flavour, lack of discoloration and light colour of fried products) of potatoes for consump-tion. These guidelines are applicable only in regions with temperate climates.

The guidance describes methods for obtaining conditions for the successful keeping and transporting of various varieties derived from Brassica oleracea Linnaeus var. botrytis Linnaeus subvar cauliflora A.P. It includes conditions of harvesting and packing, and optimum conditions, such as temperature, relative humidity, air circulation, storage life, further requirements for transportation and loading. Limits of application are given in an annex.
