糖化血红蛋白控制指标的初步研究
[摘要] 目的 通过研究通过研究糖化血红蛋白与空腹血糖、尿糖的相关性，来探讨我院近年来糖尿病病人血糖控制较好的HbA 1c的指标。方法 对我院近年来300例糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、空腹血糖、尿糖的检测。根据结果将其分为三组，A组HbA1c测定值为6.0-6.9%，78例；B组HbA1c测定值为7.0-7.5%，115例；C组HbA1c测定值>7.5,107例，分别对三组的空腹血糖、尿糖进行分析、比较。结果 经统计学分析显示C组与A、B两组的空腹血糖值有显着性差异(P<0.01)，尿糖结果均为阳性。结论 HbA1c值与空腹血糖和尿糖水平呈正相关，且当HbA1c<7.5%时, 尿糖为阴性,血糖水平较低, 可作为血糖控制较好的指标。

The pilot study of glycated haemoglobin (HbAlc) guideline
[Abstract] objective To discuss the HbAlc guideline by studying the relationship between HbAlc , famish person’s glucose and urine glucose. Methods?Determine HbAlc , famish person’s glucose(FPG) and urine glucose to the 300 inpatients of our hospital in lately years.Acorrding to the results, divited them into three groups, the group of A includes 78 persons(whose HbAlc6.0-6.9%), the group of B includes 115 persons (whose HbAlc7.0-7.5%), the group of C includes 107 persons(whose HbAlc>7.5%), analyse and compare the results.Results The results of FPG of A ,B and C group had significant difference(P<0.01), the results of urine glucose are all postive. Conclusion HbAlc is positive correlativity with FPG and urine glucose, and HbAlc<7.5 is the good guideline of diabetics.

糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）可以反映患者测定前2～3个月血糖控制水平，用于评价糖尿病长期控制程度，是判定糖尿病长期控制的良好指标。2002年美国糖尿病协会（ADA）以把糖化血红蛋白的检测作为糖尿病疗效判定的金标准。本文通过研究糖化血红蛋白与空腹血糖、尿糖的相关性，来探讨我院近年来糖尿病病人血糖控制较好的HbA1c的指标。
材 料 与 方 法
1.研究对象
300例糖尿病患者，男160例，女140例，年龄范围45-75岁，平均年龄55.25岁，根据实验目的及患者的HbA1c实测水平（正常参考范围4.5%～6.3%），将其范围三组，A组HbA1c测定值为6.0-6.9%，78例；B组HbA1c测定值为7.0-7.5%，115例；C组HbA1c测定值>7.5,107例。
2. 仪器与方法
（1）HbA1c测定采用NycoCard金标快速定量检测法，试剂及仪器均由上
海奥普生物医药有限公司提供；（2）空腹血糖测定由雅培全自动生化分析仪测定，试剂由北京利德曼生物有限公司提供；（3）尿糖由Boehringer Mannheim Junior
