Scope

This part of GB/T24242 specifies the designation method, size, shape, weight and allowable deviation, order content, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, Logo and quality certificate. This part applies to high-quality wire rods (hereinafter referred to as wire rods) for drawing or cold-rolling steel wires with higher performance requirements.
