- This part specifies the definition, terminology, classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and product packaging labeling, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of disposable degradable tableware. This part is applicable to the degradable disposable tableware defined in 3.3, which is made of various raw materials such as resinous starch and plant fiber, and also applicable to other food-contact layer covered or coated or compounded with biodegradable plastic film or sheet Degradable disposable tableware. This section does not apply to paper tableware such as paper cups and paper bowls.
