This part of GB/T20674 specifies the terms and definitions, classifications, requirements, test methods, random documents, maintenance, inspection rules, signs , packaging, transportation and storage. This part, together with other parts of GB/T 20674, applies to fusion splicing equipment for polyethylene pipes and fittings for gas/water supply. The pipes and fittings for polyethylene gas comply with the requirements of GB/T15558 (all parts), and the pipes and fittings for drinking water and general pressure water delivery meet the requirements of GB/T13663 (all parts). This section applies to electric fusion welding machines controlled by voltage or current, and electric fusion welding machines are suitable for pipes heated by resistance wires. The electric fusion welding machine is divided into three input voltage levels: P1 level voltage (SVLV, not greater than 50V); P2 level voltage (LV, greater than 50V and not greater than 250V); P3 level voltage (HV, greater than 250V and not greater than 400V) . The normal working environment temperature range of the electric fusion welding machine is -10 ℃~+40 ℃. Note 1: If the ambient temperature exceeds the range, it shall be agreed upon by both parties. Note 2: The electric fusion welding machine is used for the prefabricated assembly connection of gas/water supply components (such as valves, steel-plastic conversion, etc.) or for the connection of nuclear power pipes, PE-RT pipes for hot and cold water, industrial pipes, composite pipes, etc. When it is agreed upon by the supply and demand parties.
