Scope

This part of GB/T 20840 gives the definition and description of power quality parameters, the influence of transformers on power quality measurement and the guidance of power quality testing. This part is applicable to electromagnetic and electronic transformers working in industrial frequency AC power (power supply) systems, which have analog or digital output, are used for electrical measuring instruments, and are used for the measurement of power quality parameters and the evaluation of their results . This section aims to provide guidance for the use of high voltage transformers to measure power quality parameters. The power quality parameters in this part include grid frequency, supply voltage and current amplitude, flicker, supply voltage sag and swell, voltage interruption, transient voltage, supply voltage unbalance, voltage and current harmonics and interharmonics, (superposition Signal voltages and rapid voltage changes on the supply voltage. Note: The voltage ranges of low voltage, medium voltage and high voltage of electromagnetic transformers mentioned in this part are respectively: low voltage is the voltage level of alternating current below 1kV, medium voltage is the voltage level of alternating current of 1kV and above, 52kV and below, high voltage It is the voltage level of AC above 52kV.
