Scope
This Part of GB/T 5226 applies to electrical, electronic and programmable electronic equipment and systems for machinery (including a group of machines working together), but not for portable working machinery. Note 1: This part is a general standard and does not limit or hinder technological progress. Note 2: The term "electrical" in this section includes three aspects of electrical, electronic and programmable electronics (such as electrical equipment refers to electrical equipment, electronic equipment and programmable electronic equipment). Note 3: For the purpose of this section, the term "person" (Person) refers to any individual including any person appointed by the user or his agent to use and manage the above-mentioned machinery. The equipment discussed in this section starts from the power supply inlet of mechanical and electrical equipment (see 5.1). Note 4: IEC60364 series standards give the requirements for electrical installations of buildings. , rated electrical equipment or parts of electrical equipment to which this Part applies, whose nominal supply voltage does not exceed 1000Va. or 1500Vd.cc and whose frequency does not exceed 200 Hz. Note 5: See IEC60204-11 for requirements on electrical equipment or electrical equipment components operating at a higher nominal power supply voltage. This section does not include all technical requirements (such as protection, interlocking or control), these requirements are other standards or regulations to protect the person from non-electrical injury needs. Special requirements for safety can be raised for various types of machinery with special requirements. This section is specifically applicable to (but not limited to) mechanical and electrical equipment defined in 3.1.40. Note 6: For the machinery listed in Appendix C, its electrical equipment belongs to the scope of this part of GB/T 5226. This standard does not specify additional and special requirements for the following mechanical and electrical equipment: --- open-air (i.e. outside of buildings or other protective structures) machinery; --- use, handling or production of explosive materials (such as paint or sawdust) machinery; --- machinery used in explosive and flammable atmospheres; --- machinery that creates special risks when processing or using certain materials; --- mining machinery; --- sewing machines, sewing units and sewing System (included in IEC60204 31); --- hoisting machinery (included in IEC60204 32); --- semiconductor equipment (included in IEC60204 33). Power circuits that directly use electric energy as a processing method do not belong to the scope of this part of GB/T5226. Basic requirements Equipment selection Power cut-off (isolation) switch Exceptional circuit to prevent accidental start, isolation protection against electric shock Emergency operation Two-hand control 84 i) ii) iii) 4 × × × 5.3 × 5.4, 5.5 and 5.6 × 9.2.
