GB/T 39309-2020 Rubber hoses and hose assemblies—Wire- or textile-reinforced single-pressure types for hydraulic applications—Specification

Scope: This standard specifies the requirements for 10 types, 4 grades and 7 types of steel wire or fabric reinforced hydraulic rubber hoses and hose assemblies with a nominal inner diameter of 5 to 102. All specifications have a single maximum working pressure for each type, among which AS, AC, BS and BC type hoses are suitable for HH, HL, HM, HR and HV oils that meet the requirements of ISO6743 4 and the temperature is -40 ℃ ~ +100 ℃ Base hydraulic fluid; CS, CC, and DC hoses are suitable for HH, HL, HM, HR, and HV oil-based hydraulic fluids at temperatures from -40 °C to +120 °C. This standard does not include requirements for joints, but only for hoses and their assemblies. The maximum working pressure of a hose assembly is determined by the lowest of the maximum working pressures of the components. Note: It is the user's responsibility to consult the hose manufacturer to determine the compatibility of the hose with the fluid being used.
