This part of GB/T 18272 describes the task-independent characteristics and evaluation methods of industrial process measurement and control systems. The evaluation methodology described in GB/T 18272.2 is applicable to the development of evaluation plans for task-independent characteristics. This International Standard analyzes each characteristic and also explains the criteria to be considered when evaluating task-independent characteristics. This section refers to various ancillary performance assessment techniques.
