Scope: This standard specifies the test methods for thickness, bulk density, resilience, heating permanent line change, thermal conductivity, tensile strength and slag content of refractory ceramic fiber products. This standard applies to refractory ceramic fiber cotton, blankets, felts, woven fabrics, boards, paper and preformed products, and does not apply to products delivered in a wet state.
