This standard specifies the determination methods of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2 in various foods. The first and second methods of this standard are applicable to the determination of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2 in various foods. The three methods are suitable for the determination of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2 in rice, corn, peanuts, almonds, walnuts, pine nuts and other foods . The minimum detection amount of the first method and the second method of this standard: aflatoxin B1, G1 is 0.004μg, B2, G2 is 0.002 μg; minimum detectable concentration: aflatoxin B1, G1, 5 μg/kg, B2, G2, 2.5 μg/kg. The detection limit of aflatoxin in the third method: B1, G1, is 0.50μg/L, B2, G2 is 0.125μg/L , corresponding to the concentration in the sample: B1, G1, 0.20μg/kg, B2, G20.05μg/kg. The linear range of aflatoxin: B1, G1, is 0.50μg/L~100.0μg/L, B2, G2 is 0.125μg/L ~25.0 μg/L.
