The first method of this standard stipulates the determination of 20 kinds of indicative PCBs content in food, including PCB28, PCB52, PCB101, PCB118, PCB138, PCB153 and PCB180 specified in the Global Environmental Monitoring System/Food Planning Section (GEMS/Food) Method, the second method stipulates the measurement methods of PCB28, PCB52, PCB101, PCB118, PCB138, PCB153 and PCB180 specified in GEMS/Food. This standard is applicable to the determination of indicative PCBs in fish, shellfish, eggs, meat, milk and other animal-derived foods and their products and oil samples. The quantification of each indicative PCBs in this standard is 0.5μg/kg.
