- Scope
- This standard specifies the terminology, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of automatic weighing instruments for dynamic road vehicles (hereinafter referred to as weighing instruments). This standard applies to weighing instruments for weighing the single axle load (or axle group load) and the total weight of the vehicle. This standard applies to weighing instruments that meet the following conditions: ——installed in the weighing control area; ——weighing speed is specified by the manufacturer. This standard does not apply to the following weighing instruments: - weighing instruments installed directly on ordinary roads; - weighing instruments using the method of multiplying the load of a single wheel to determine the load of each axle; - weighing systems installed on vehicles, for Vehicle axle loads are measured. If the dynamic road vehicle automatic weighing instrument can work in the non-automatic weighing (static weighing) mode during use, it should also meet the relevant requirements of 0IML R76 "Non-automatic weighing instruments".
