This standard specifies the classification, specifications and basic technical requirements of rubber hoses for oil discharge and suction at offshore moorings. This standard is applicable to crude oil or liquid petroleum products with an ambient temperature between -29°C and 52°C, transporting -20°C to 82°C and an aromatic hydrocarbon content of not more than 25% under water or on the water surface, from -0.085 Mpa to 1.5 Rubber hoses working under Mpa internal pressure. This standard does not apply to rubber hoses for transporting liquefied petroleum gas and natural gas. This standard applies to rubber hoses with an inner diameter of 400 mm or less and continuous operation at a flow rate of no more than 21 m/s, and rubber hoses with an inner diameter of more than 400 mm and a flow rate of no more than 15 m/s.
