Scope: This chapter of GB 16915.1-2003 is applicable after being amended as follows: Change the first sentence to read as follows: Time-delay switches on fixed electrical installations for outdoor use, manually and/or remotely operated and equipped with mechanical, thermal, pneumatic, hydraulic or electrically operated time-delay devices, or any combination of the above-mentioned time-delay devices (hereinafter referred to as TDS). Note: Time-delay switches for parts with electronic components in control circuits or switching circuits are outside the scope of this standard. The relevant additional requirements are under consideration, and the requirements of this part and the applicable requirements in GB 16915.2 can be adopted temporarily.
