Scope

This part specifies the overall structure of different types of data defined in this standard using the UML markup language. These data structures can be stored in cards that meet the physical dimensions of ID-1 cards specified in GB/T 14916. This section applies to the design and planning of patient health cards. This section does not apply to cards used for purposes other than health.
