Scope
This part of GB/T 21715 specifies the basic structure of the data contained in the extended clinical data object, but does not specify or specify a special data set for storage in the device. This part applies to the data recorded or transmitted by the patient health card, which is consistent with the physical size of various ID-1 cards defined in GB/T 14916. In order to promote interoperability, once an application in the field of health care and conforming to GB/T 21715 is established, the data items required by the application should be taken from the object list items given in Chapter 6 and Chapter 7 (one of which some objects are extensible). These data items are used in conjunction with the data defined in other parts of GB/T 21715. This standard does not apply to the detailed functions and mechanisms of the following services (even if their structure can be used by suitable data objects specified elsewhere): encoding of free text data; security functions and related services that can be specified by the data card user according to the specific application , for example, confidentiality protection, data integrity protection, and identification of individuals and devices associated with these functions; access control services that rely on certain data card types, such as microprocessor cards; initialization and release processes (personal data The start of the card working cycle, and make the data card ready for the transfer of the data complying with the requirements of this part in the subsequent communication). This section also does not cover the following: the physical or logical solution for the actual functionality of a particular type of data card; how messages are handled between the two system interfaces; the format used for data external to the data card, and used elsewhere to represent this type of data visually.
