This section uses UML, plain text and Abstract Syntax Notation 1 (ASN.1) to describe and define the limited clinical data objects used or referenced by the health data card held by the patient. This standard specifies the basic structure of the data contained in the data object "limited clinical data", but does not specify or give mandatory specific data sets stored in the device. Typically, data objects in limited clinical data contain data intended for emergency services, but do not provide all the information required by emergency services. This part is applicable to record or transmit the data of the patient's health card, which can be stored in a card that meets the physical size requirements of the ID-1 card in GB/T 14916. The detailed functions and mechanisms of the following services are outside the scope of this standard (even if its structure allows the use of suitable data objects specified elsewhere): - encoding of free text data; Specified security functions and related services, such as protection of confidentiality, protection of data integrity, and authentication of persons and devices associated with these functions; - access control services that rely on certain types of data cards, such as microprocessor cards ; - initialization and release process (indicates the start of the personal data card's working cycle and prepares the data card for subsequent communications to deliver data complying with the requirements of this standard). Therefore, the following topics are beyond the scope of this standard: - the physical or logical solution for the actual function of a particular type of data card; - how to handle messages between the two system interfaces; The format used, and the means by which such data is clearly represented on a data card or elsewhere.
