This standard specifies the determination methods of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA for short, the same below) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA for short, the same below) in food. This standard is applicable to the determination of eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid in marine fish food, fish oil products and foods added with EPA and DHA. The detection limit of this method is 0.1mg/kg.
